Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst in FP&A to support Admin, Transaction and Broker Fee planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for the Pharmacy Services unit. Reporting to the Manager, FP&A Fees, Credits, GTs, Legislative & Network Consolidation, you will help develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts and communicate findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience.
• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills in a PBM, managed care, or health services environment.
• Familiarity with pharmacy fee structures including admin fees, transaction fees, and broker fee mechanics preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with large data sets; Tableau or similar visualization tool experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple P&L lines with accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to prepare clear management-ready reporting.
• Collaborative work style with ability to partner with Client Management, Contracting, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Support annual operating plan, multi-year plan, and quarterly forecasts for Admin Fees, Transaction Fees, and Broker Fees.
• Perform monthly variance analysis for fee-related P&L lines and explain drivers.
• Build and maintain financial models for fee analytics, including volume and rate scenarios.
• Prepare reporting packages and management deliverables for fee-related financials.
• Assist with ad-hoc analytics and special projects as directed.
