Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Admin, Transaction & Broker Fees to support planning, forecasting and variance analysis for admin, transaction and broker fees within Pharmacy Services. Reporting to the Manager, FP&A Fees, Credits, GTs, Legislative & Network Consolidation, the role helps develop budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly fee reporting for leadership.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience.
• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills in a PBM, managed care, or health services environment.
• Familiarity with pharmacy fee structures including admin fees, transaction fees, and broker fee mechanics preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with large data sets; Tableau or similar visualization tool experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple P&L lines with accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to prepare clear management-ready reporting.
• Collaborative work style with ability to partner with Client Management, Contracting, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development of annual operating plan, multi-year plan, and quarterly forecasts for Admin Fees, Transaction Fees, and Broker Fees, including client-level and pharmacy-level detail.
• Performs monthly variance analysis for fee-related P&L lines, identifying and communicating key drivers including client mix, volume, and rate changes.
• Builds and maintains financial models supporting fee analytics, including transaction volume modeling, client-level fee rate analysis, and scenario planning.
• Prepares reporting packages and management deliverables for fee-related financials, supporting clear and timely communication to leadership.
• Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Manager.
