Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst in FP&A for Admin, Transaction and Broker Fees. You will help build budgets, forecasts and monthly variance reports for fee lines within the Pharmacy Services business, reporting to the Manager, FP&A Fees, Credits, GTs, Legislative & Network Consolidation.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of FP&A experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate financial insights to leadership while collaborating with Client Management, Contracting and

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience in FP&A or finance.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in health services.
• Familiarity with pharmacy fee structures including admin, transaction, and broker fees.
• Excel proficiency and ability to work with large data sets; Tableau experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple P&L lines.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to present to leadership.
• Collaborative with Client Management, Contracting and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual operating plan, multi-year plan, and quarterly forecasts for Admin, Transaction, and Broker Fees.
• Perform monthly variance analysis for fee-related P&L lines and communicate key drivers.
• Build and maintain financial models for fee analytics and scenario planning.
• Prepare reporting packages and management deliverables for leadership.
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Manager.
