Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A for Admin, Transaction & Broker Fees to support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis within CVS Health’s Pharmacy Services business. The role reports to the Manager, FP&A Fees, Credits, GTs and Network Consolidation and focuses on fee-related P&L planning and communication to Finance leadership.

Responsibilities include developing annual plans, multi-year forecasts, quarterly updates, and ad-hoc analytics.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional work experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting
• Experience with PBM/managed care or health services environments is preferred
• Knowledge of admin, transaction and broker fee mechanics is a plus
• Proficiency with Excel; Tableau or similar visualization tools is preferred

Responsibilities

• Supports development of annual operating plan, multi-year plan, and quarterly forecasts for Admin, Transaction, and Broker Fees
• Performs monthly variance analysis for fee-related P&L lines and communicates key drivers
• Builds and maintains financial models for fee analytics and scenario planning
• Prepares reporting packages and management deliverables for leadership
• Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by management
