Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A for Admin, Transaction & Broker Fees to support financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for these network P&L lines. The role reports to the Manager, FP&A Fees and contributes to annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to build, interpret, and communicate complex fee analytics.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience.
• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in a PBM/health services environment.
• Familiarity with admin, transaction, and broker fee structures.
• Excel proficiency and ability to handle large data sets; Tableau experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual operating plan, multi-year plan, and quarterly forecasts for Admin Fees, Transaction Fees, and Broker Fees.
• Perform monthly variance analysis for fee-related P&L lines, identifying key drivers.
• Build financial models supporting fee analytics and scenario planning.
• Prepare reporting packages and management deliverables for fee-related financials.
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as needed.
