Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A – Admin, Transaction & Broker Fees to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses for fee-related lines within the Pharmacy Services business. You’ll help develop annual plans and quarterly forecasts, and communicate findings to Finance leadership.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and data analysis skills, and the ability to build financial models and clear reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2-4 years of professional work experience.
• Experience in PBM/managed care or health services environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Tableau or similar visualization tool experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual operating plan, multi-year plan, and quarterly forecasts for Admin Fees, Transaction Fees, and Broker Fees.
• Perform monthly variance analysis for fee-related P&L lines; identify drivers such as client mix, volume, and rate changes.
• Build and maintain financial models supporting fee analytics, including transaction volume modeling and scenario planning.
• Prepare reporting packages and management deliverables for fee-related financials for leadership.
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Manager.
