Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Admin, Transaction & Broker Fees to support planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for fee lines within the Pharmacy Services business. You will develop budgets, forecasts, and clear leadership-ready reporting, partnering with multiple teams.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years’ experience in financial planning and healthcare; strong Excel and data-analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience.
• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in a PBM, managed care, or health services environment.
• Familiarity with pharmacy fee structures including admin fees, transaction fees, and broker fee mechanics preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with large data sets; Tableau or similar visualization tool experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple P&L lines with accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to prepare clear management-ready reporting.
• Collaborative work style with ability to partner with Client Management, Contracting, and Operations teams

Responsibilities

• Supports development of annual operating plan, multi-year plan, and quarterly forecasts for admin, transaction, and broker fees with detail.
• Performs monthly variance analysis, identifying key drivers like client mix, volume, and rate changes.
• Builds and maintains financial models for fee analytics, including volume modeling and scenario planning.
• Prepares reporting packages and management deliverables for fee-related financials.
• Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Manager
