Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Admin, Transaction & Broker Fees to drive financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for network fee lines within the Pharmacy Services business. This role partners with Finance leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting, ensuring accurate fee-related financials and clear communication.

The role requires 2-4 years in FP&A, strong Excel and data analysis skills, and familiarity with pharmacy fee structures.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience in FP&A or related field.
• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in PBM/health services.
• Familiarity with pharmacy fee structures including admin, transaction, and broker fees.
• Proficiency in Excel and large data set analysis; Tableau experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple P&L lines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prepare management-ready reports.
• Collaborative with Client Management, Contracting, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Support development of annual operating plan, multi-year plan, and quarterly forecasts for Admin Fees, Transaction Fees, and Broker Fees.
• Perform monthly variance analysis for fee-related P&L lines and communicate drivers.
• Build and maintain financial models for fee analytics and scenario planning.
• Prepare reporting packages and management deliverables for fee-related financials.
• Support ad-hoc analyses and special projects as directed.
