Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Admin, Transaction & Broker Fees to support planning, forecasting and variance analysis for network fee lines within the Pharmacy Services business. You will help develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and management reports for admin, transaction, and broker fees.

The role requires 2-4 years of experience in financial planning, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with PBM or health services fee structures.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience.
• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills in a PBM, managed care, or health services environment.
• Familiarity with pharmacy fee structures including admin fees, transaction fees, and broker fee mechanics preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with large data sets; Tableau or similar visualization tool experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple P&L lines with accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to prepare clear management-ready reporting.
• Collaborative work style with ability to partner with Client Management, Contracting, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Supports development of annual operating plan, multi-year plan, and quarterly forecasts for Admin Fees, Transaction Fees, and Broker Fees.
• Performs monthly variance analysis for fee-related P&L lines, identifying key drivers.
• Builds and maintains financial models supporting fee analytics, including transaction volume modeling and scenario planning.
• Prepares reporting packages and management deliverables for fee-related financials.
• Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Manager.
