Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Admin, Transaction & Broker Fees to join the Pharmacy Services finance team. The role focuses on planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for admin, transaction, and broker fees, partnering with Client Management, Contracting, and Operations.

You will develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting packs, ensuring fee-related numbers are accurate and communicated clearly to Finance leadership.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in PBM/health services.
• Familiarity with pharmacy fee structures (admin/transaction/broker fees).
• Proficiency in Excel with large data sets; Tableau experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple P&L lines.
• Effective written and verbal communication; collaborative with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support annual operating plan, multi-year plan, and quarterly forecasts for Admin, Transaction, and Broker Fees.
• Perform monthly variance analysis for fee-related P&L lines and communicate drivers.
• Build and maintain financial models for fee analytics and scenario planning.
• Prepare reporting packages for fee-related financials and leadership.
• Support ad-hoc analyses and special projects as directed.
