Vista Higher Learning, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide timely FP&A support, analyze financial data, and forecast trends. You will deliver reports, dashboards, and insights to drive strategic planning and operational efficiency in a Boston hybrid work environment.

The role requires strong communication skills, a solid FP&A background, and the ability to translate complex numbers into actionable recommendations for stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 3+ years in a corporate Financial Analyst or FP&A role with cross-team collaboration.
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis across statements and KPIs.
• Strong in financial modeling, scenario analysis and variance analysis.

Responsabilités

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning.
• Prepare financial dashboards and presentations for senior management.
• Analyze revenue, margins, costs and ROI to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial and operational goals.
• Lead small to mid‑sized projects with minimal oversight.
