Job summary
Vanguard is seeking a Financial Analyst to partner with senior leaders, develop analyses and models, and support annual planning. You will own multi-year forecasts and present quarterly reviews.
The role requires 5+ years FP&A, a bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel/Word skills, with experience in Oracle Cloud, Hyperion Essbase, and PeopleSoft. This is a hybrid position in Malvern, PA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree or professional certification preferred.
- Minimum five years of FP&A or equivalent experience.
- Proven initiative, ability to work independently and drive solutions.
- Broad Vanguard business knowledge preferred; financial services exp. helpful.
- Excellent written and oral communication; strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and Word; experience with Oracle Cloud, Hyperion Essbase, PeopleSoft.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial analyses and models to support strategic initiatives and investments.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses and profitability analyses for business segments.
- Develop financial measures and support annual planning and quarterly forecasts.
- Present finance reviews to senior leadership and explain variances.
