Job summary

VAA seeks a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the CFO, delivering strategic financial insights to drive performance and informed decision-making.

You will support planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis across the organization, applying strong analytical and communication skills to translate numbers into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or related role.
• Experience with accounting, ERP, BI, or financial reporting systems.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPIs.
• Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to review performance, identify trends, and provide insights.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Develop revenue and workload projections to support planning and resource allocation.
• Perform variance analysis and explain key drivers with recommendations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Develop and monitor KPIs with department leaders and project managers.
• Analyze marketing and sales data to optimize revenue growth and acquisition strategies.
• Maintain data integrity across financial systems and support process improvements.
