JustFoodForDogs, LLC is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst – Data, Digital & Marketing Analytics to partner with the Director of FP&A and support analytics across digital sales channels and marketing spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 4-6+ years of experience in business or financial analysis within a marketing, e-commerce, or digital/marketplace environment.
• Experience working directly with marketing, e-commerce, or marketplace business partners is a strong plus.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and/or long-range planning processes.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI-powered platforms, with the ability to apply them practically to data analytics, financial analysis, reporting, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly digital sales reporting vs forecast and prior year.
• Explain variances by drivers like new customers, AOV, promo efficacy, and sell-through dynamics.
• Track marketing activations, channel mix shifts, and project ROI.
• Translate finance outputs into narratives for non-finance stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling across digital channels and marketing spends.
• Consolidate weekly company-wide sales reporting for leadership.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting and Data teams to align definitions and reporting cadence.
• Assist with month-end close activities related to digital channels and marketing expenses.
