Job summary

Rewards Network in Chicago is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team. You will partner with Marketing and Partnerships to analyze consumer offers, incentives, and go-to-market strategies, delivering data-driven recommendations to balance financial goals with partner needs.

You will build dashboards and models, provide executive-level analyses, and own budgeting and offer economics to drive value for restaurants and members alike.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related analytical roles.
• Experience supporting Sales, Partners, Marketing, or Strategic initiatives.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis skills.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into executive-level recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders across Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, and Accounting as trusted financial advisor.
• Develop scalable reporting, dashboards, and analytics to improve visibility and insights.
• Prepare executive analyses for leadership including strategic reviews and investment proposals.
• Create driver-based offer models optimizing activation, revenue, and costs.
• Own offer economics and budgeting to maximize profitability.
