MeatEater, Inc. seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to bolster our Media business with rigorous financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling. The role partners with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights and supports strategic decision making.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in corporate finance or FP&A, strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel, and experience with Power BI or NetSuite. Remote-friendly with periodic travel to support initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or related areas.
• Experience supporting Sales/Media in omni-channel environments.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition and contract-based revenue models.
• Advanced Excel and BI tooling with data visualization experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Own monthly and quarterly forecasting and budget variance analysis.
• Build and maintain recurring management reports and dashboards.
• Provide insights to improve operational efficiency and cost control.
• Collaborate with Sales and Media Production to inform decisions with financial insights.
• Develop financial models and decision-support analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and track company performance.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
