Job summary

JD Power is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across Dealer and FSAAS verticals. The role partners with Finance leadership, product, and cross-functional teams to shape investments and resource allocation in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years of FP&A experience in SaaS or technology settings, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related analytical discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or related analytical roles with exposure to executive, product, and technology leadership.
• Experience in SaaS/tech and private equity portfolio environments is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting for JD Power’s Dealer and FSAAS verticals.
• Develop scalable financial models, dashboards, and planning frameworks for executive visibility.
• Utilize BI tools and SQL-based data sources to deliver accurate top-line performance insights.
• Provide recommendations on budget performance, variance drivers, and investment trade-offs to leadership.
• Support monthly/quarterly executive and board materials with clear financial narratives.
• Drive cross‑functional planning with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align roadmaps and resources.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead ad hoc FP&A analyses and strategic projects for leadership teams.
