Mastercard in Helena, MT is seeking a Senior Analyst in Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting across its global regions.

You will partner with regional finance teams, drive Hyperion-based forecasts, develop insights with Power BI and Excel, and deliver clear financial narratives for senior leadership.

The role requires strong analytical capability, strategic thinking and excellent communication to influence business decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or MBA (CA/CPA/MBA Finance).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Support the financial close process through variance analysis against budget, forecasts, prior year actuals, key business drivers and initiatives.
• Develop engagement and reporting processes between RHQ, Divisions, International Markets and other functional groups.
• Generate performance information and analysis on revenue, expense, and risks/opportunities.
• Prepare management reporting packages and financial presentations for regional management and ad-hoc reviews.
• Collaborate with Regional Business Development to analyze underpinning assumptions in reporting.
• Guide Divisional Finance teams on Hyperion usage for revenue forecasting.
• Apply strategic understanding of business dynamics to drive mitigating actions.
• Continuous process improvement for efficiency in regional finance operations.
