Mastercard is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis for NAM, based in Purchase, NY. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for the US region with consolidation for NAM.

Partner with business units and executives to drive performance and identify opportunities. You will communicate key drivers, prepare CEO decks, and advise leadership on external factors using advanced analytics and LRP methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; MBA preferred.
• Strong Excel, Oracle, Hyperion and Tableau proficiency.
• Experience building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in predictive analytics and advanced analyses.
• Experience leading a multi-functional finance organization.

Responsabilités

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for US Region and NAM consolidation.
• Communicate drivers behind budget/forecast; prepare quarterly reviews and CEO decks.
• Advise leadership on external factors affecting performance using SME in budgeting & LRP.
• Drive LBF initiatives; identify revenue opportunities with business units/regions.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure target alignment; perform variance analyses.
• Drive process improvements in budgeting/forecasting and related systems.
• Manage team, set goals, conduct performance appraisals, and develop staff.
