Insight is hiring a Financial Analyst to support reporting, planning and forecasting for Global Business Services, Global Marketing and Legal within Corporate FP&A. The role covers North America, EMEA and APAC, with a hybrid work model and collaboration across finance and business partners.

You will work with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and Power BI, communicating results to leadership and driving data‑driven decisions with strong business acumen.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in Accounting & Finance functions.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Embraces change and drives transformation within the business.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and analysis.

Mansioni

• Provide financial reporting, analysis and planning support to GBS/IT, Global Marketing and Legal leadership, serving as a day‑to‑day finance contact for budget, forecast and headcount questions.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly GBS (IT) financial results versus budget by leader and function, including the consolidated IT view.
• Support the annual GBS budget and forecast cycles in Adaptive Planning, including OPEX, service agreements, CapEx and variable compensation.
• Assist with financial tracking and monthly SteerCo reporting for enterprise IT programs, including budget vs forecast and royalty allocation.
• Prepare budget, forecast, headcount and expense reporting and analysis for the Legal function.
