Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a senior finance leader to own budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for the US Region and NAM consolidation. You will drive financial reporting, partner with business units, and lead a multi-functional team to deliver insights tied to corporate strategy.

The role requires building SME expertise in LRP and forecasting, developing CEO-level decks, and guiding stakeholders with robust variance analysis and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; MBA preferred.
• Extensive experience modelling and predictive analytics for complex financial and operational analyses.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes and prepare financial reports for US Region and NAM consolidation.
• Experience leading a multi-functional finance organization and coaching teams.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivots, lookups, index, sumif) and familiarity with Oracle, Hyperion, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Budget and forecast short/long-term plans and analyze internal and external financial reports.
• Lead risk/opportunity discussions and monitor revenue/expenses with macro factors in mind.
• Partner with business units and corporate to manage budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Communicate drivers behind budgets and forecasts; prepare operating reviews and CEO decks.
