RingCentral is seeking a data-driven FP&A leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Subscription COGS and IT. You will partner with operational leaders to uncover cost drivers, build scalable models, and guide investment decisions.

You will oversee a small offshore team, automate COGS processes, and deliver actionable insights to senior finance leadership. The role emphasizes leveraging AI tools to streamline analytics, with a focus on accuracy, momentum, and cross-functional

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in Public/Private cloud COGS or similar
• Strong data analysis, modeling, and communication of numbers to partners
• Background supporting a CTO/Technology organization
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with AI tools
• Experience leveraging AI to automate processes and scale outputs (Anaplan, ChatGPT, Tableau)

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for Subscription COGS and IT.
• Partner with operations to identify cost drivers and opportunities for efficiency.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support investment decisions.
• Monitor monthly performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
• Drive process and system improvements to enhance reporting accuracy.
• Manage and mentor a small offshore team for deliverables and growth.
• Present findings to senior finance leadership and stakeholders.
• Automate the unit COGS model and extract data from internal systems.
• Lead analytics projects and monitor key trends across relevant metrics.
