Job summary

Recurly seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to own opex, COGS, headcount, cash and balance sheet planning. You will partner with Product and Technology leaders, running annual plans through monthly forecasts and board reporting, while advancing AI-driven planning and automation.

You’ll collaborate on R&D budgeting, headcount planning, and vendor spend, and drive timely close, variance commentary and sponsor reporting with data-driven rigor.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in FP&A or corporate finance, ideally in SaaS or payments.

Responsibilities

• Own annual opex and headcount plans and monthly rolling forecasts across all functions.
• Own COGS and gross margin planning and forecasting including hosting, merchant processing, and account updater costs.
• Model cash flow, working capital and balance sheet forecasts linked to P&L in a three-statement model.
• Partner with Product/Tech leadership, reviewing budgets, headcount and vendor spend monthly.
• Lead headcount reconciliation across HRIS, payroll and plan; review hiring requests and compensation changes.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly BvA by function and close package; automate close and reporting with AI tools.
