Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a proactive FP&A leader to own planning, forecasting, and reporting for Subscription COGS and IT. You will partner with executives to explain cost drivers and drive cost optimization, leveraging AI-powered analytics and automation.

The role emphasizes financial modeling, scenario analysis, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership. A strong background in cloud COGS and experience supporting a CTO/technology group is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree required; 5+ years in cloud COGS (public/private) experience.
• Strong data analysis, modeling, and ability to influence partners.
• Background supporting a CTO/Technology org.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with AI-powered analytics and automation tools.
• Experience with Anaplan, Tableau is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A planning, forecasting, and reporting for Subscription COGS and IT; ensure accuracy and alignment with objectives.
• Partner with operations to analyze cost drivers, trends, and efficiency opportunities.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support investments and cost optimization.
• Monitor monthly performance against budget; provide variance analysis and recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting.
• Lead, develop, and mentor offshore resources to ensure quality deliverables.
• Present findings to senior finance leadership and business stakeholders clearly.
• Design and automate the unit COGS model; extract data from internal systems.
