Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a driven FP&A professional to join our finance team in Belmont, CA. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly budget-to-actual analyses for Subscription COGS and IT, partnering with operations to identify cost drivers and efficiencies.

You will develop financial models, monitor variances, and present insights to senior finance leadership. The role emphasizes automation, AI-powered analytics, and collaboration across FP&A, Accounting, Revenue, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. and 5 years in FP&A or cloud COGS.
• Ability to build financial models and scenario analyses.
• Experience partnering with CTO/Technology teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for Subscription COGS and IT with budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop monthly budget-to-actual analyses and variance explanations.
• Manage headcount planning and purchase orders.
• Consolidate financials for Subscription COGS and IT.
• Present findings to senior finance leadership.
• Drive automation of COGS models and data extraction.
• Mentor offshore resources and ensure quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, Revenue, and IT teams.
• Handle ad-hoc analytics requests.
