Job summary

SafeBreach Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to own the company's FP&A function. You'll lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and executive reporting, partnering with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Accounting to drive performance. This high-visibility role reports to the CFO and interacts with investors.

The position emphasizes building scalable financial processes, using AI to enhance models, and delivering data-driven insights to leadership for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years FP&A experience, including at least 2 years in B2B SaaS or software.
• Ownership of a full annual budget cycle and rolling forecasts with driver-based modeling.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and ARR-based revenue models.
• Experience presenting directly to C-level executives; board/investor exposure is a plus.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools in finance with practical applications.
• Ability to operate independently with high ownership and clear communication to non-finance stakeholders.
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Own the annual budget, monthly rolling forecasts, and quarterly reforecasts; analyze variances with department heads.
• Executive & Investor Reporting: Prepare management reports, board presentations, and investor materials; present insights to the executive team.
• SaaS Metrics & Analysis: Track ARR, NRR/GRR, churn, CAC, LTV, burn multiple for decision making.
• Go-to-Market Partnership: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on revenue forecasting and ROI.
• Accounting & Compliance: Work with Accounting on month-end close, ASC 606, audits, and tax analysis.
• AI & Automation: Leverage AI tools to improve modeling and automate recurring processes.
