Job summary

OEC is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to deliver high-quality financial planning, reporting, and insights across the organization. You will support month-end close, board reporting, and annual budgets while collaborating with Finance, HR, and Technology teams.

In this hybrid/remote role, you will leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and strengthen financial narratives, and participate in ROI analyses and M&A due diligence as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
• At least 5 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Experience with FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality FP&A analysis, reporting and insights.
• Support month-end close, variances, and board reports.
• Participate in annual budget, rolling forecast and strategic plans.
• Leverage AI tools to speed analysis and improve narratives.
• Assist with capitalized software tracking and ROI analyses.
• Support M&A due diligence and integration analyses.
