Job summary

Francisco Partners is seeking an FP&A professional to deliver high-quality financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the organization. You will support Technology, Marketing, and Administrative functions and assist with month-end close, variance reviews, and executive financial statements in a hybrid/remote setting.

You will participate in annual budget, rolling forecast, and a 3-year plan, collaborating with functional leaders, leveraging AI tools for faster insights, and contributing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Finance/Accounting focus preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and Excel skills.
• Knowledge of reporting systems and AI platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid/remote environment and partner across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A activities for Finance, HR, Legal leadership.
• Assist month-end close; review results and variances; publish reports.
• Participate in annual budget, rolling forecast, and 3-year plan.
• Collaborate with functional leaders on expense, balance sheet, and cash flow outlooks.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and improve financial narratives.
• Support ROI analyses, capitalized software tracking, and potential M&A due diligence.
