Job summary

Hallow is seeking an experienced, fast-moving financial professional to own the financial model behind our growth. You’ll run as a team of one, work directly with our CFO, and own the forecasting that informs our biggest decisions.

You’ll drive annual and quarterly budgets, monthly KPI analytics, and scenario planning while helping automate planning with an AI-native finance stack. This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a VC-backed startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with 3+ years as a financial analyst or associate.
• Built 3-statement financial models and scenario modeling.
• Experience with consumer subscription or enterprise SaaS revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term 3-statement monthly operating model and forecasts.
• Build annual and quarterly budgets with department heads.
• Run monthly KPI reviews and cohort analyses with leaders.
• Lead automation of planning with AI-native finance tech.
• Identify financing opportunities and build pro forma business cases.
