Job summary

Oyster is seeking a Director of FP&A and Analytics to lead our consolidated FP&A and Analytics team, delivering financial insight, planning, and analytics to enable smarter decisions as Oyster grows. You will partner with the VP of FP&A and business leaders to steer planning, forecasting, pricing strategy, and reporting while advancing AI-enabled workflows and scalable systems.

Qualifications

8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance with increasing leadership.
Experience leading remote-first teams globally.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.
Strong SaaS metrics knowledge including recurring revenue and unit economics.

Responsibilities

Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and performance management.
Partner with senior leaders to provide financial insight and influence strategy.
Lead financial modelling and business case development for strategic initiatives.
Oversee monthly reporting, board materials, and investor updates.
Drive AI, automation, and scalable workflows to improve forecasting and reporting.
Evolve FP&A systems and ensure trusted, scalable data across the business.
Build and coach a high-performing FP&A and Analytics team.
