Job summary

Helix seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to own operating expense planning, reporting, and forecasting, partnering with budget owners to set targets and drive fiscal discipline.

You will design scalable processes across NetSuite, Ramp, and Hubspot, build dashboards for leadership, and transform data into actionable insights while maintaining GAAP compliance. The role emphasizes AI fluency and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Experience managing NetSuite (ERP), Ramp, and Hubspot systems.
• Audit AI-generated numbers against source ledger before sharing with budget owners.

Responsibilities

• Own operating expense planning, reporting, and forecasting across the organization.
• Develop and maintain budget and forecast models with stakeholders.
• Support monthly close, variance analysis, and GAAP/compliance processes.
• Design and support core systems (NetSuite, Ramp, Hubspot) and ensure data integrity.
