Job summary

Helix is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own operating expense planning, forecasting, and reporting, partnering with budget owners across the organization. You will design and support the core finance systems (NetSuite, Ramp, Hubspot) and drive data integrity for accurate results.

You will apply AI to budgeting processes, ensure GAAP compliance, and communicate insights to leadership, all within Helix's fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a quantitative field.
• Typically 5+ years of FP&A experience.
• Experience managing NetSuite (ERP), Ramp procurement, and Hubspot CRM.
• Audit AI-generated numbers against source ledger before sharing with budget owners.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is valued.

Responsibilities

• Own operating expense planning, reporting, and forecasting with budget owners.
• Maintain budget/forecast models and support monthly close with variance analysis.
• Design and support systems behind numbers, incl. NetSuite, Ramp, Hubspot.
• Create dashboards and reporting decks for board and investor presentations.
• Develop AI workflows for recurring reporting tasks and scale best practices.
• Collaborate across departments to inform strategic decisions.
