Reachdesk is seeking an FP&A Manager to join a multi-entity SaaS platform serving US, UK, Portugal, and Australia. You will own planning, forecasting, and finance storytelling, while driving analytics across NetSuite, Salesforce, and DealHub.

The role emphasizes automation, AI, and a lean team to scale the business effectively. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, strong Excel and SQL skills, and experience with multi-entity / multi-currency operations.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in FP&A, corporate finance, or a closely related analytical role, ideally in SaaS or a multi-entity business.
• Advanced financial modeling and a strong command of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Hands-on data skills: SQL and BI or analytics tools, and comfort working across multiple source systems.

Responsabilités

• Plan and maintain the consolidated operating model across all entities and revenue streams.
• Own annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and rolling cash and P&L forecasts; analyze variance.
• Own Reachdesk Performance Dashboard and the reporting data layer; ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and implement automation and AI to improve forecasting, reporting, and commentary.
