Job summary

Relay in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst on the FP&A team to own planning, forecasting, and reporting during a defining growth phase, including potential IPO preparation. Youll work directly with senior leaders, building models and deliverables for board, investors, and lenders.

The role requires 2a3 years of rigorous analytical experience, strong Excel/AI tooling skills, and the ability to translate numbers into clear business insights.

Qualifications

• 23 years in a rigorous, analytically demanding environment.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Math, or similar.
• Familiarity with US GAAP is a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to quantify priorities and drivers.
• Run the annual operating plan and long-range plan end-to-end.
• Automate data ingestion, reporting, and reconciliation with AI.
• Prepare analyses, scorecards, and board-ready materials.
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPI definitions.
• Improve the driver-based financial model.
• Support OpEx planning with cross-functional teams.
• Close reporting and monthly scorecards.
