Job summary

Samsung Semiconductor seeks a Senior Manager, Foundry Sales to lead growth in Logic Foundry with ASIC/OSAT partners. This role demands a proven track record in customer-facing sales, contract negotiations, and cross-functional leadership to expand existing business and win new opportunities.

You will report to Senior Director, Foundry Sales, work onsite in San Jose, CA, and collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and HQ to shape solutions and drive RFIs/RFQs to design wins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related Physical Science with 15+ years experience.
• Masters in Electrical Engineering or related Physical Science with 13+ years.
• PhD in Electrical Engineering or related Physical Science with 10+ years.
• MBA in Business Discipline along with Engineering Degree a PLUS.
• 5–7+ years in semiconductor industry, Logic Foundries, with ASIC/OSAT partners.
• Proven track record in semiconductor marketing/sales with complex deals.
• Strong leadership, independent work style and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent oral, written, analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and drive new accounts; own account management from first contact to onboarding.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage sales operations with the support team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design & Process Technology, Finance, Legal, and HQ to craft solutions and pitches.
• Assimilate industry and customer requirements to feed into marketing knowledgebase.
• Drive RFIs/RFQs to win new business opportunities and design awards.
