Job summary

BMA is seeking a Forward Planner to support the GLASS III Program at Fort Knox, KY. The role involves independent research, analysis of policy and regulations, and coordinating LOGCAP operations to ensure timely, compliant actions.

You will maintain LOGCAP contract packages and briefings per Army regulations, collaborating with the local LOGCAP Planner. You will also participate in training/exercises, monitor evolving requirements, and develop course curriculum while engaging with multiple

Qualifications

Ten years’ experience supporting a Joint, U.S. Army, or component-level headquarters.
Functional understanding of JOPP.
Broad knowledge of the Army sustainment enterprise and how it relates to other procuring headquarters.
Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

Analyze current and emerging policy, regulations, directives, or industrial issues.
Coordinate LOGCAP operations and provide recommendations on operational issues.
Develop and maintain LOGCAP contract requirements packages (TDPs, exhibits, diagrams).
Review staff actions and prepare memos per Army regulations (AR 25-50).
Assist with monitoring events involving new operations and exercise requirements.
Attend meetings and teleconferences; prepare reports and injects for Master Scenario Event List (MSEL).
Develop and update exercise event scheduling requirements.
