Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in logistics, planning, and operations.
• 3+ years in a Staff Level division or Headquarters command.
• Experience developing logistics COAs and COS.
• Knowledge of Army Plans and Operations.
• Knowledge of analytical methods for logistics synchronization and data accuracy.
• Knowledge of business management policies and process analysis methodologies.
• Ability to solve client priorities with data-focused approaches.
• Graduate of the SPO Course.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, and assess logistics plan impacts and mission support needs.
• Synchronize sustainment across the training platform.
• Develop and evaluate COAs, COS, and strategic assessments for logistics.
• Deliver analytic input for logistics plans and strategy documents.
• Participate in planning conferences and Exercise Lifecycle events.
• Coordinate with DoD components and interagency partners to align logistics across mission areas.
