CALIBRE is seeking a Marketing Specialist/Strategic Planner to support outreach, communications, and event planning activities that raise awareness of transition services and strengthen stakeholder engagement at Ft. Knox, Kentucky.

You will coordinate public affairs, assist with job fairs and virtual hiring events, and develop promotional materials while ensuring government approval. A bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are preferred; US citizenship and background clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with outreach, communications, marketing support, event coordination, or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication for leadership and public use.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and summarize event data.
• U.S. citizenship and successful background check.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate public affairs and marketing efforts with Army, VA, DOL and stakeholders for transition events.
• Assist planning and promotion of job fairs, employment summits, virtual hiring events, and career days.
• Develop or support flyers, marketing materials, news articles, social media content, and briefing materials.
• Analyze event participation and outcomes and provide feedback on employers, participants, interviews, offers, hires.
• Support exhibit and booth coordination, setup, and takedown at events.
• Help maintain stakeholder awareness of policies, trends, and issues affecting transition services.
