Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced Logistics Planner to integrate sustainment into training exercise planning and execution across the full lifecycle. You will develop COAs and COS, and coordinate with DoD components to ensure synchronized logistics support for mission objectives.

The role requires a Secret clearance and a Bachelor’s degree, with 10+ years in logistics and related fields. This is a full‑time position based in Kentucky, with a strong focus on data‑driven decision

Qualifications

• 10+ years of logistics, planning, and operations experience.
• 3+ years in a staff level division or HQ command.
• Experience developing logistics COA and COS.
• Knowledge of Army Plans and Operations.
• Analytical methods for logistics synchronization and data quality.
• Experience with business process analysis for improvement.
• Ability to solve client challenges with data-driven insights.
• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Graduate of the SPO Course.

Responsabilités

• Develop and evaluate COAs, Concepts of Support and related assessments.
• Coordinate, monitor, and assess logistics plan impacts and needs.
• Provide SME input for logistics plans, concepts, and strategy documents.
• Participate in planning conferences and lifecycle events.
• Coordinate with DoD components and partners to align logistics support.
