Job summary

BetterUp seeks an experienced enterprise Forward Deployment leader to own complex accounts and drive AI-enabled transformation for large organisations in Europe. You will define charter, gates, and governance with CIOs, CHROs, and security leaders, leading a small squad of engineers inside customer environments.

You will shape strategy, refuse wrong work, and close engagements in writing, turning pilots into platform capabilities while maintaining executive credibility and strong client

Qualifications

• 9+ years in product management or related roles for enterprise accounts.
• Experience owning technical relationships end to end with large contracts.
• Strong track record delivering AI-enabled enterprise transformations.
• Ability to define charters, gates, and governance with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define what technical success means with the account and draft a charter.
• Decide deployment scope and manage blockers at the executive level.
• Write commitments in both directions and align on what will not be built.
• Lead a small squad of forward deployed engineers inside customer environments.
