Job summary

CUBE AI in New York is seeking a forward deployed product leader who will sit with our enterprise customers to uncover real needs, shape the roadmap, and drive adoption. You will work closely with engineers, risk and operations teams, and executive stakeholders across UK and Europe to define the value we ship and the next opportunities.

This is a hands-on, high-velocity role in a fast-growing AI security platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning product with real accountability for outcomes
• You have done discovery hands-on with users and data
• Deep knowledge of how banks/large financial institutions operate
• Track record shipping into enterprise environments

Responsibilities

• Own the feedback loop end-to-end for UK/Europe customers
• Embed with customers on their premises in NY for in-person insight
• Turn seen problems into the roadmap and defend priorities
• Move customers from manual to automated workflows
• Build the discovery practice from zero and scale it
• Be the product voice in meetings with enterprise stakeholders
• Identify next purchases and hand evidence to account management
• Demonstrate the model so it can be replicated in other markets
