Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to embed with enterprise clients, driving production-grade AI platforms and scalable agentic workflows. You will own time-to-value, adoption, reliability, and cross-team collaboration across CTO/CIO/CISO stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role requires deep cloud-native engineering, hands-on AI platform experience, and strong client communication skills in an environment that blends tech depth with enterprise-scale

Qualifications

• 10+ years engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containers, serverless).
• 1+ years designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• 2+ years experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) including multi-provider pipelines.
• 10+ years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent; tooling, logging, monitoring, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, and scalability.
• Lead rapid experimentation at pace: drive problems to production systems in days/weeks.
• Architect and govern enterprise AI solutions across the full tech stack.
• Shape AI reinvention strategy for client leadership: ROI backlogs and roadmaps.
• Define reusable reinvention blueprints and accelerators for multiple engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions and executive workshops with client teams.
• Codify delivery learnings and engineering standards for the FDE practice.
