Job summary

Kaizen is building modern, AI-native software to power government services. We are a small team in a cloud-first, mostly macOS stack, delivering identity, endpoint management, and compliance solutions for federal and local government clients.

You would own the consolidation of identity behind a single provider, deploy endpoint management across a real fleet, and formalize joiner/mover/leaver and access review processes with auditable evidence.

Qualifications

• Owned a modern identity provider (Okta, Entra or JumpCloud) as the administrator.
• Deployed endpoint management across a real fleet.
• Experience in a cloud-first, macOS environment.
• Familiar with SOC 2, FedRAMP or government PKI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Finish consolidating everything behind a single identity provider and own it, including provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Own device management and ensure government customer requirements are met.
• Transform joiner, mover and leaver processes into an auditable system with timing and evidence.
• Establish recurring access reviews and produce audit-ready evidence.
• Stand up a scoped enclave with a defined boundary and runbooks that survive the engagement.
