Job summary

Jacobs in the United States is seeking a Mid-Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE II) to own real ambiguity from rough client statements and drive solutions end-to-end across Foundry-based and custom software. You’ll mentor junior FDEs, collaborate with PMs, Architects, and data scientists, and shape technical direction on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work hybrid away from the office, with travel to North America as needed, and earn a base salary ranging from $120,000

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience as a senior individual contributor with technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and AIP platforms.
• Proficient in a modern JS frontend (React) and Python across Foundry and custom dev.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solutions from rough problem statements to working implementations.
• Lead technically on projects and mentor junior FDEs.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and switch context across domains.
