Veeam Software is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to own the technical delivery for our most complex customer accounts. You will lead deployments across hybrid cloud, on‑premises, Kubernetes, and related infrastructure, and define architectures that meet data, security, and privacy needs.

You will work with executives and engineering teams to turn complex data and AI requirements into scalable, repeatable solutions, while mentoring other engineers and shaping patterns for the wider

Formación

• 8–12+ years in deeply technical, customer-facing roles such as forward-deployed engineering or solutions engineering.
• Strong software engineering skills in at least one language (Python, Go, or TypeScript).
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, containers, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience deploying solutions across complex cloud, hybrid and on‑prem environments.
• Understanding of APIs, data stores, and data structures; ability to build practical technical solutions.
• Fluency with AI‑native developer tools and automation to create reusable workflows.
• Strong customer presence and ability to build trust with executives and engineers.
• Knowledge of data security, privacy, and regulatory topics across geographies.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical delivery for the most complex customer accounts from deployment through scaled usage.
• Lead deployments across hybrid environments including cloud, on‑prem, Kubernetes, and containers.
• Define solution architectures for data, security, and business requirements.
• Adapt platform behavior for customer data, workflows, or risk models.
• Build and operate integrations across customer systems (identity, SIEM, ITSM, data platforms, APIs).
• Diagnose and resolve deep technical issues across data, deployment, infrastructure, and integration layers.
• Create reusable agents, automations, tools, and playbooks for the broader FDE team.
• Turn manual outcomes into repeatable remediation, alerting, and reporting workflows.
• Lead architecture sessions with executives and engineers; mentor other FDEs.
• Collaborate with Sales Eng, Product, and Engineering on POCs and field feedback.
