Job summary

AZX is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to scope, build, deploy, and measure AI systems inside client environments across utilities, real estate, and logistics. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design with client architects, then implement and prove outcomes with numerical baselines.

You will own critical components from data pipelines to front-end and back end, ensuring security, cost, and performance align with client requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack delivery experience, including backend and frontend work.
• Experience shipping LLM/agentic systems to production with structured outputs and guardrails.
• Experience deploying inside client clouds, with identity providers and compliance regimes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client delivery: discovery, design, build, deploy, and handover to client teams.
• Build eval harnesses, replay loops, guardrails, and cost/latency budgets.
• Extract structured facts from documents and implement deterministic checks.
