Job summary

FullStack in the United States is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams, architect & build AI-driven systems, and balance consultant, operator and engineer roles. You’ll work directly with client leadership to scope discovery and deliver production-grade AI solutions.

You will own architecture decisions, manage data, retrieval and model behavior, and ensure successful delivery from discovery to production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 1-4 years shipping agentic AI solutions, LLM workflows, and RAG architectures in production.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
• Experience leading client-facing discovery calls and defining scope with business leadership.

Responsibilities

• Discover with stakeholders, aligning needs with AI capabilities.
• Structure processes and convert them into executable specifications.
• Architect and design end-to-end agentic systems focusing on context and retrieval architecture.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, and data flows.
• Own CI/CD for AI deployments and expand to Day 2 operations.
• Operate post-launch with evaluation, observability, and drift monitoring.
• Consult with CTOs/VPs on decisions and support pre-sales scoping.
