• 3+ years delivering software, technical solutions, or digital products in a technical role.
• Experience using coding agents in a structured engineering workflow.
• Software engineering fluency and ability to contribute to applications, integrations, or prototypes.
• Experience in mobile, web, backend, APIs, distributed systems, or platform engineering.
• Ability to reason about systems end to end and connect decisions to business outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑partnership skills; influence without direct authority.
• Ability to define a longer‑term direction with incremental, value‑driven steps.
• Employment eligibility to work in the United States.
