Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering software, digital products, or technical solutions.
• Ability to take ambiguous problems through discovery, implementation and validation.
• Experience using coding agents in structured engineering workflows.
• Fluent software engineering with ability to contribute to apps, services, or prototypes.
• Experience across mobile, web, backend, APIs, distributed systems, or cloud-native development.
• Ability to reason about systems end to end and link decisions to business outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-partnering skills.
• Ability to define longer-term direction and sequence incremental solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering or equivalent experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not offered).

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions translating business needs into use cases, value propositions, and measurable success criteria.
• Design, prototype, and deliver Generative AI, agentic AI, and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to produce production-grade software and architectures.
• Balance speed with security, reliability, and governance in AI-enabled workflows.
• Mentor partner teams on AI solution delivery and platform patterns.
