Qualifikationen

• Software fluency to contribute to applications, services, or prototypes.
• Experience in mobile, web, backend, APIs, or distributed systems domains.
• Ability to reason about end-to-end systems and connect decisions to business outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-partnership skills to influence without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering or equivalent practical experience; US work eligibility.

Aufgaben

• Lead discovery sessions translating business needs into clear use cases and measurable success criteria.
• Design, prototype, and deploy Generative AI, agentic AI, and automation solutions.
• Take solutions from prototyping to production scaling and adoption with ownership transitions.
• Build AI-enabled workflows that interact with APIs, data platforms, and business processes.
• Incorporate human oversight, escalation, and fallback mechanisms where appropriate.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure secure, reliable, and governable deployments.
• Apply iterative, specification-driven development to preserve context and improve productivity.
• Mentor partner teams and influence platform and product roadmaps for AI delivery.
